Curved Staircase
Description: Curved staircase was contracted for Vinnie Gendale. The job was located in off of Robin Hood Rd in Winston Salem, NC. The staircase was all built onsite. The staircase was bent using Caughman's stair parts. All skirt boards, risers, step treads, and landing treads where scribed and cut in. Also contracted on same job 22" foot tall columns with roman caps and feet on slate porch.

Custom Staircase
Description:
Staircase completed in 2007 for Mr. & Mrs. Housewicks of Kernersville NC. Traditional hand rail rounded bull nose step tread iron pickets with offset landing and offset railing onto balcony.

Custom Furniture
Description: Flynn's 2008 Mr. and Mrs. Flynn contacted me for a custom entertainment center. We sat down and discussed it. I made a couple of drafts and finally got it designed to the Flynn's needs. The entertainment center is 22' deep, 10" ft long, 6" ft tall with 44'x9' 3/8' raised panel doors on each side. The TV that clicks open and reveals 12 drawers all together. It will hold either 32 DVDs or 42 CD's. The bottom drawers are for album collections.

I was so blessed to meet Phil and Vickie and to do this job for them was an honor

Staircase, Wainscoting and Fluted Arhcway
Description: Bill and Dina owners of the Rancho restaurant in Kernersville.
Staircase made of solid oak, oak chair rail, oak wainscoting, raised panels, poplar fluted archway (fluted casings and flint blocks), and laid oak flooring skirt board brackets custom made to 45 into the risers of the staircase. Hand rail (poplar hand rail and pickets aren't made anymore)

Total Restoration
Description: Complete restoration in Trap Hill, North Carolina. The house was built in 1887. We restored because of its age and termite damage. This renovation took a little of everything. We had to tear out the floor systems and replace them with new flooring and new floor joist. Rebuilt two bottom walls, one 18 ft and the other 30ft (2x6 deep walls). We applied a custom trim knotty pine tongue-and-grove to the wall with furred strips. The beams are structural (2x10s) with steel flinch plates (1/4in thick) and rapped in fur to hold up the second floor joist system.
